AI has become one of the industry's most loved buzzwords, and the idea that data - and lots of it - has become an organisation's most valuable asset is one which has morphed into a mainstream opinion.
But, despite the hype, can the majority of resellers ever hope to make real money through selling AI solutions, and are vendors doing enough to push resellers in the right direction?
As part of our European Elite project, in association with Agilitas, we sat down with Ricoh's EMEA director of ITS Services and Solutions Dan Davies, Agilitas CEO Shaun Lynn and Canalys analyst Robin Ody, who gave us their thoughts on how effectively resellers are adopting cloud and AI.
