This year's report encompasses a total of 814 resellers, MSPs and consultancies spanning six European regions: Benelux, CEE; DACH; France and southern Europe; the Nordics; and the UK and Ireland.
As with last year, we've endeavoured to make our report as inclusive as possible and feature partners from every strand of the IT channel, and not just the established household names familiar to everyone in the industry.

In addition to supplying a comprehensive breakdown of the continent's biggest names, this year we've decided to shine a light on the industry's specialists - the resellers that have chosen to centre their businesses on a single technology or vendor.
Our ‘Meet the Specialists' section profiles a total of 110 resellers with top-level certifications around four technology areas: business applications, cybersecurity, communications and print.
As a result, what we define as an "Elite" player has changed. This year's Elite are ranked by revenue, and we've boiled down the industry to just 42 channel partners operating across our six European regions.
Although most of Europe's largest resellers are undoubtedly based in its largest economies - the UK, Germany and France - our Elite has been designed to reflect Europe as a whole, and as such we have also included the big names from smaller economies - from Belgium to Bulgaria.
Furthermore, in order to provide a more accurate snapshot of the European channel, we've included resellers that are headquartered outside of Europe, but still have expansive businesses across the continent. In these cases, we've tried to provide their European revenues, and geographically position them in the region from where they draw most of their business.
Similarly, some resellers are based in Belgium, for example, but conduct most of their business in France. In these cases, we've opted to place them in their most revenue-rich regions.
The European Elite also includes a range of interviews with some of the continent's top reseller bosses.
